Dennis Coates received his Bachelor of Commerce and Law degrees from UBC, and graduated in 1967 at the top of his class. He became a partner in MJB’s predecessor in 1982 and was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1987.
Dennis focuses on administrative law, corporate and commercial law, and real estate development. He is a leading professional in the multitude of issues facing the hospitality industry in the Province, including liquor licensing.
