Originally from Grand Forks, BC, Sheila obtained her Bachelor of Arts from UBC in 1978 and later earned her Paralegal Diploma from Capilano College in 1982. She started as a litigation paralegal with MJB in 1983 and worked for 25 years as litigation supervisor. In 2008 she accepted the position of administrator.
