Liam was born in Vancouver, BC and grew up in Ottawa, ON. He received his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Concordia University before completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria in 2025.
Outside of work, Liam spends his time skiing, golfing, watching the NBA, and listening to music
