Charlotte was born and raised in Kamloops, BC. She attended Thompson Rivers University for both her undergraduate degree and Juris Doctorate, graduating from the Faculty of Law in 2026.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys skiing, golfing, soccer and travelling.
