Rahul is an associate at MJB Lawyers whose practice focuses on business law and real estate. Before joining MJB, Rahul operated his own legal practice, assisting clients with real estate transactions and a range of immigration matters. His real estate experience includes purchases, sales, refinancing, and family transfers.

His immigration experience spans a broad range of temporary and permanent residence matters, including visitor visas, study and work permits, family sponsorships, and provincial nominee program applications. He has also assisted clients with permanent residence and citizenship applications.

Rahul studied law in India before beginning his career in Canada’s banking sector, where he spent a few years helping clients navigate their investment and borrowing needs. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021 and subsequently established his own practice in the Greater Toronto Area. His banking and legal experience inform his practical approach to understanding clients’ goals and guiding them through important decisions.

Rahul speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi and can provide legal services in all three languages.

Outside of work, Rahul enjoys playing cricket and going on long drives.
