Jarrett MancellAssociate + lawyer

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Jarrett moved to Edmonton where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Alberta before moving to Kamloops and obtaining his Juris Doctor of Laws. Pursuing his interests in corporate and commercial law, Jarrett continued his legal education in France by obtaining a Master of International Business Law from the University of Lyon II and a Master of Laws from the Catholic University of Lyon. He began his articles with MJB Lawyers in 2021 and joined the firm as an Associate upon being called to the bar in 2022.
 
Jarrett is passionate about learning languages and is fluent in both written and spoken Spanish. He was a member of the Spanish Club while at Thompson Rivers University and completed an exchange program at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru in Lima. He also enjoys travelling and getting outdoors. When he’s not in the office, you can find Jarrett on the trails around Kamloops or on the slopes of Sun Peaks.
