Through his background and experience, Chris is able to assist clients in all areas related to corporations and commercial transactions. Chris has worked with numerous small, medium and large businesses on all business related issues as well as up to and including working on billion dollar multi-jurisdictional international transactions. His practice includes a wide variety of: asset and share purchase transactions; corporate finance; commercial tenancy and leasing issues; corporate restructuring; partnerships; joint venture agreements; real estate transactions; intellectual property issues; shareholder disputes; corporate governance; employment/employee issues; and, licencing issues. While Chris's practice focuses on assisting corporate clients of various sizes, he can also assist clients on issues such as wills & estates as well as matters that may relate to corporate litigation. Further, his past experience does include some extensive litigation experience including appearing at the Alberta and British Columbia Provincial Courts, the British Columbia Supreme Court, the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench and the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
Chris is previous corporate counsel for the Canadian Junior Chamber of Commerce and has volunteered in Kamloops coaching Kamloops Minor Hockey, fastball and local high school football. In his spare time, Chris enjoys all forms of recreational activities.
