Alex maintains a busy civil litigation practice and represents his clients' interests in areas including estate disputes, employment law issues, creditor remedies, construction disputes, and business disputes.  Alex has represented clients in all levels of Court in British Columbia, as well as the Human Rights Tribunal, and the Civil Resolution Tribunal.

Alex was born and raised in Kamloops.  He obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Victoria and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Calgary.  Prior to his legal career, Alex had a diverse resume ranging from horseback trail guide to helicopter initial-attack firefighter.  Alex's attention to detail, unique work history, and practical nature have made him a strong advocate for his client's interests, whether through negotiation or through the court process.

Outside of the office, Alex is busy maintaining his small hobby farm, and any free time he does have is spent playing soccer, hiking, or camping.
